Al-Ghazi Tractors has inked Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with two Turkish companies to import latest high-pressurised irrigation system in Punjab. The MoUs were signed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Al-Ghazi Tractors Pervez Ali with the Turkish firms Zirve Plastik and Genpart DIS Tracaret, says a hand out here on Monday.

The agreements were signed during the recent visit of the Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif to Turkey who was also present on this occasion. This agreement would enable to import latest high-pressurised irrigation system in Punjab. Talking on this occasion Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that these systems would irrigate maximum land with minimum water while it would generate investment as well as employment opportunities in the province.

It has been further communicated that as preliminary phase, Al-Ghazi Company envisages to import pressurised irrigation systems for about 1000 acres and these will comprise Rain Gun Sprinklers, Drip Irrigation Systems, Bubblers and Central Pivot Systems.
